Prof in Tunisia 2017: Coming Close to the End

And now, the end is near;
And so I face the final two days.
My friends, I'll say it clear,
My thoughts are here for you on display.

In my weeks with Tami and Chris
I've traveled many different highways;
And more, much more than this,
I learned it their way.

Yes, there were times, you may be sure
When I felt lost and insecure
But through it all, new friends were there
To show the way and ease my care.
I watched Jendoubans every day
And learned it their way.

For what is a traveler, for what does he yearn?
If not to meet new friends and learn
To see the world through different eyes
And hear the words of those who cry,
"Come be with us; come share our day
